Yarra Yering Welcomes You To

OUR YARRA VALLEY CELLAR DOOR

Located in the house of our founder Dr Bailey Carrodus, our cellar door is nestled among the vineyards at 4 Briarty Road, Gruyere, 3770 (just off Maddens Lane). In this cosy setting steeped in Australian wine history, we offer an extensive tasting of some of the Yarra Valley’s most iconic wines. Yarra Yering has recently received a ‘Best Small Cellar Door 2017’ award from Gourmet Traveller Wine.

WHEN VISITING

When visiting the cellar door please do not enter the vineyard. Phylloxera has been detected in some Yarra Valley vineyards and can cause irreparable damage. The bug is easily transported from place to place on footwear and vehicles.

“It is the continuing presence of Carrodus in the very fabric of the business. His house has become the cellar door, but is not called that, it's ``the house``, and always will be.”
