Winemakers Dinner

On July 1 we hold the much anticipated winemakers dinner at Bella Vedere, featuring dishes designed by executive Chef Gary Cooper to complement the seven Yarra Yering wines to be presented by Winemaker Paul Bridgeman.

Gary is a multi hatted chef and over the past 28 years of his career he has owned and operated two of his own restaurants. Bella Vedere, owned by Gary and business partner, sommelier/restaurant manager Tim Sawyer is one of the culinary high spots of the Yarra Valley. Gary Coopers skill and devotion to his cooking combined with his pasion for local growers and produce provide a wonderful balance for the wines of Yarra Yering.
