2016 Blanc de Noir


Aroma: Buttery toast topped with red delicious apple, the nose creamy and bright.

Palate: Imagine fresh waffles topped with freshly hulled strawberries. Creamy and textured with a bright refreshing finish.


Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed for the finest quality juice with minimal colour and phenolics. Maturation for 12 months in neutral oak barrels before it’s secondary bottle fermentation (traditional method) and resting for three years on it’s yeast lees.
