2016 Blanc de Noir


Aroma: Pear and apple with a hint of field honey and floral aromatics.

Palate: Rich, crisp and clean with hints of brioche and harmonious acidity.

Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed for the finest quality juice with minimal colour and phenolics. Maturation for 10 months in neutral oak barrels before it’s secondary bottle fermentation (traditional method) and resting for two years on it’s yeast lees.

Varietals: 100% Pinot Meunier
