Rates are based on exclusive access for up to four (4) guests. For larger groups please book the Full Homestead.

Off Peak (February to November)
Weeknights (Sunday – Thursday nights): $500 per night

Peak Season (December and January)

Minimum Stays: Our Homestead has a minimum two night stay.

Child friendly: Families welcome. Port-a-cot and high chair for babies available upon request. No additional charge.

Exclusive access for up to four (4) guests in two well-appointed bedrooms. For larger groups please book the Full Homestead.

Guest bedroom and bathrooms

Please select either 2 x queen bedrooms or 1 queen and 1 bunk bedroom by adding comments at the checkout page.

Full list if rooms:
– 1 x Queen sized beds with ensuite including washbasin, shower and toilet.
– 3 x Queen sized beds
– 1 x Bunk room with two King Single sized beds
– 1 x main bathroom including washbasin, separate shower, bath and toilet.

Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash provided.

A port-a-cot can be provided upon request.

Guests are not permitted to sleep in common areas.

Linen & towels

All linen, extra pillows and blankets, bathroom towels and swimming pool towels are provided. Port-a-cot sheets and blanket are supplied if you have requested use of our port-a-cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen features an electric stove, grill and oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge/freezer with an additional fridge/freezer in the laundry. It is fully equipped with tableware, cutlery, utensils, serving dishes, mugs, glassware, kids tableware, chopping boards, knives, pots, pans and baking dishes, foil and cling wrap, tea towels, cleaning products and equipment.

Basic condiments are provided, including oil, salt, pepper, spices, flours, cereals, fresh bread and milk, local Yarra Valley teas and coffee pods.

Living areas and dining 
Dining room with large table and seating for eight, lounge room with two leather chairs and three-seater lounge and large TV, kitchen/dining room with table for four and lounge. Boardgames, books and magazines, digital radio and wireless Bluetooth speaker system.

Outdoor entertaining area

Covered veranda with BBQ, outdoor extendable table for 10, two bench chairs, fire pit, shade umbrellas and Ping-Pong table.

Swimming pool

Large outdoor pool with four deck chairs and swimming towels for 10.

Heating/Cooling
Wood-fire heater, electric heaters, evaporative air-conditioner.

Laundry
Iron and ironing board, clothes steamer, washing machine and dryer, pegs, clothes line and washing detergent.

WiFi
Wireless internet.

Accessibility 
There are no stairs or steps to get into the house, living common areas, bedrooms or bathrooms, and there’s a flat path through the entryway.

Safety
Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detectors and first aid kit.

Working vineyard notice
The Homestead is located in close proximity to Yarra Yering’s working vineyard and winery. At certain times of the year, particularly during vintage around February to March, there may be extra noise, lights and movement from machinery and people working nearby from early morning through until late at night. We apologise for any disruption to your stay.

Please ensure that all external doors and windows are locked when not at the property.

Please abide by the Yarra Ranges Council noise regulations.

Functions, parties or gatherings are not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to arrival.

Glass is not permitted in the fenced pool area or beyond the Homestead grounds.

When not at the Homestead, all lights, fans, heating and cooling, taps, gas bottles and appliances must be switched off.

Please don’t enter the vineyard during your stay. It will greatly help us to reduce the risk of pests and diseases like phylloxera spreading.

Unfortunately no pets are permitted due to the Homestead’s close proximity to the vineyard and the biosecurity risk.

Smoking is not permitted.

You take proper and reasonable care of the Homestead, its contents and grounds. It must be left in the same clean and condition as it was when you arrived.

An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies if the kitchen or BBQ areas are left uncleaned. For all other extra cleaning the Guest/s will be charged an additional fee at the discretion of Yarra Yering based on the cleaning required.

Please inform us immediately of any faults, malfunctions, damages, breakages or maintenance issues.

Full payment is required upon booking. Bookings are processed online via our secure payment gateway. We accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Eftpos and PayPal.

Any changes to a booking’s guest numbers, composition or planned usage of the property must be approved prior to arrival.

No refund will be given for a late arrival or an early or unscheduled departure.

Cancellations made in writing with more than 14 days’ notice from the booking arrival date will receive a full refund less an $100 administration fee.

Cancellations made in writing with less than 14 days’ notice will only receive a refund if the Homestead can be re-let at that time, less the $100 administration fee. If a re-let cannot be secured, the booking and administration fees are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed within 72 hours of cancellation confirmation. It can take anywhere from 1 to 15 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your region and how you paid.

If the Guest/s fails to arrive on the due date without prior notification the full booking fee will be charged.

Acceptance of bookings, cancellations and terminations are at the absolute discretion of Yarra Yering.
